Appellant through Mr. P. Banerjee, the Ld. Advocate and Respondent in person are present.  The sole Respondent appearing in person informs this Commission that Cheque for Rs. 75,000/- handed over to him by the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant is full and final satisfaction of the order passed by the Forum under challenge here.  Therefore, Mr. Banerjee appearing for the Appellant also produces the certificate from the Bank showing the encashment of that cheque.  Therefore, the entire order of the Forum below having been now satisfied there is no life in the appeal further and the appeal is disposed of.  The parties are granted liberty to produce the copy of this order for production before the Executing Forum for appropriate order in view of the satisfaction of the order already.
