Complainant is present.  O.P. is also present. This case record is put up today on the strength of a petition dated 09.03.2022, filed by the both parties wherein it is stated that the disputes between the parties have been settled amicably out of court to the entire satisfaction of the complainant and he does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.P.

It is ascertained that as per the petition dated 09.03.2022 the present dispute between the parties has been settled amicably to the entire satisfaction of complainant and complainant give his consent to withdraw the case.  Considering the submissions of the parties, we drop the case henceforth.  Accordingly, the present case is disposed off.
