Today is fixed for filing amended complaint.

Ld. Advocate of the complainant files an application for substitution of the legal heirs of Subhash Dhar (sole OP) who has in the meantime passed away.

The said application is registered as MA/46/2023.

In view of such development, Ld. Advocate of the complainant is asked not to file amended complaint today.

The MA petition is taken up for hearing and after giving an opportunity of being heard to the Ld. Advocate of the complainant and after giving due consideration to the imports of the application we are of the view that legal heirs of Subhash Dhar are required to be brought into this record and therefore the petition stands allowed.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant is directed to issue notice to the legal heirs (four numbers) of Subhash Dhar fixing 23.03.2023 for S/R and appearance and asking them to file W/V within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice and also to file amended complaint by the next date.

The MA being No. 46/2023 is thus disposed off.
