                  The Complaint was filed by the Complainant against the Opp. Parties to get Rs. 10,000/- and Rs. 35,268/- from the Opp. Parties which were due on 10-02-2015 and 26-11-2015 respectively. The Opp. Parties are not present before this Forum as their present correct address is not known to the complainant. Hence notice could not be served upon them. In the said circumstances this case could not be taken-up for hearing. Hence this Complaint is closed with a direction to the Complainant to file his claim before the concerned police station or in the proper designated court as per law.

                                          With the above direction the C.C is disposed -of. Supply copy of this order to the Complainant.
