`                The Complaint was filed by the Complainant against the Opp. Parties to get Rs. 12,549/- on 31-01-2015, Rs. 25,427/- on 06-02-2016 with interest till the date of payment. He  has also claimed Rs. 12,549/- and Rs.10,000/- which will be due on 31-08-2016 and 31-03-2017 respectively towards his deposit before the Opp. Parties  the authorities of Micro Finance Limited Company . The Opp. Parties are not present as their present correct address is not known to the complainant. In the said circumstances this case could not be taken –up for hearing. Hence this case is closed with a direction to the Complainant to file his claim before the concerned police station or in the proper designated court as per law.
