                  The Complaint is filed by the Complainant against the Opp. Parties to get Redemption value of Rs. 1.27,135/- on the investment capital of Rs. 108,000/- on 06-02-2013 for 36 months by him. But the where-abouts of the OPP. Parties are not known to  the Complainant. The present address of the Opp. Parties and the Address of the Micro Finance Limited is also not known to him. In the said situation there is no scope to hear the parties. Hence the Complaint is disposed -of with a direction to the Complainant to file his claim before the concerned police station or in the proper designated court as per Law.

                                          With the above direction the C.C is disposed -of. Sent the extract of this order to the Complainant at an early date.
