Today is fixed for hearing the M.A. case no. 155/2024.

Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 2 & 3 is present.

Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 5 & 6 is present.

Petition dated 21/05/2022 which registered as M.A. 155/2024 is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides. Perused the petition.

Complainant stated in the petition that he already gave a notice to the Barasat Municipality for necessary death information of Promilesh Chakraborty and Dilip Chakraborty but they did not give any reply. He filed Xerox copy of the notice where signature of Subhajit Roy i.e. Complainant is lying vacant.

The contention of the Complainant against the Barasat Municipality is  appears to be baseless because there is no system before the Municipality for maintain the particulars of legal heirs of any deceased person.

Accordingly we find that aforesaid petition is devoid of merits and same is thus rejected.   

M.A. case no. 155/2024 is thus disposed of.

At this stage Complainant files a petition praying for substitution of legal heirs of O.P No. 4 & 7. Copy served. Petition registered as M.A. case no. 324/2024.

To 18/11/2024 for hearing the M.A. case no. 324/2024, W/O, if any in the meantime.
