At the request of both the sides the Revision Petition is taken up for hearing.

Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dated 08.08.2023 vide order No. 6 passed by the Ld. DCDRC, Unit-II, Kolkata in connection with complaint case No. 38/2023 fixing a date for ex parte hearing of the case on the ground that the W/V filed by the OP was within time but it was not placed in the record, this Revision Petition was initiated.

Heard both sides.

Considered.

Admittedly, OP filed the W/V in time so the impugned order requires to be set aside.

Hence, it is,

The Revision Petition being No. 127/2023 is allowed on contest.

Ld. Forum below is requested to accept the W/V.

Parties are directed to appear before the Ld. Forum below on 20.09.2024.
