ORDER

 

 

  1. The complainant has filed the aforementioned appeal for challenging the order dated 06.07.2022 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Karnal whereby the complaint preferred by him was dismissed.
  2. Aggrieved of the impugned order, the complainant has sent the present appeal by post. When it came up for preliminary hearing, notice was issued to the appellant, in view of the matter that the appeal had been sent by post. Subsequently, notice of the appeal was also issued to the respondent through registered post, which has not been received back served or otherwise.
  3. An application has been received from complainant Parmod Kumar stating therein that he has entered into a compromise with the opposite party and accordingly he wants to withdraw the appeal.
  4. In view of the above, request made by the complainant/appellant is accepted and the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
  5. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  6. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
  7. File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
