Both the parties are present alongwith their Ld. Advocates.  

The parties decided to settle the dispute for a sum of Rs.50,000/- to be paid at a time by account payee cheque in the name of the Complainant.

Hence, it is

Ordered

That the complaint case No.CC/40/2023 is settled with a direction to the OP Ranjit Kr. Baid to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Complainant Md. Rajib Hossain by account payee cheque in the name of the Complainant Md. Rajib Hossain within one month from the date of passing the Order failing which the case shall be restored and returned back to the original file.

Accordingly the case is presently disposed of as per the settlement between the parties.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
