Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner in Misc. Application No. 187/2019 is present.  By the Misc. Application, the Petitioner has prayed for an order allowing the Petitioner to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- which was deposited with this State Commission as per order dated 09.09.2008 of the Hon’ble National Commission passed in First Appeal No. 354 of 2008.  Thereafter, by an order dated 21.01.2010, the Hon’ble National Commission directed that the said deposit would abide the final outcome of the complaint.  The Complaint Case was dismissed for default, vide order dated 06.02.2012 passed by this Commission in Complaint Case No. SC/164/O/1998.  Under the circumstances, the Petitioner is at liberty to withdraw the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- which is lying in deposit with this Commission.  Office is directed to do the needful after observing all the necessary formalities.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
