The case is posted today in 2 nd National Lok Adalat. The Ld. Counsel for Complainant files hazira & present. The O.P No.1 & 2 also present. Heard the matter. As per Order No.6 Dt.22.09.14 of this Forum, the O.P has exchanged a new T.V of same in place of old T.V. In this connection, the Complt. has received the LED (New) bearing Model No.Six22FB Sl. No. 930814110282000233 from O.P No.1 (Proprietor, Rohit Sales & Service, Vivekananda Marg, Balasore) today in place of return the old LCD bearing Model No.SAP22FH, Sl. No.930513110207701055 to O.P No.1 along with received Warranty card w.e from 06.12.14 of new LED set by the Complt. from O.P. Under the above circumstances, the case of the Complainant is clsoed & disposed of.
