          Complainant filed a petition for paper publication notice upon O.P. Nos. 5 and 6. Heard and considered.

          Complainant sent notices through Indian Postal Department system.  As per track report of Indian Postal Department they remarked ‘Addresee cannot be located’. This is the last known address of the complainant. Hence, the paper publication application is allowed.

The complainant is directed to publish notice at wide published daily newspaper. The complainant is directed to submit draft copy of the notice at office of this commission for approval before publication of notice.
