Present application has been moved by Member, District Consumer Commission, Banda in Appeal No. 657/2012 Aradhna Indane Gas Service V/s Prakash Dwivedi and others for refund of Rs.15,000/- deposited by appellant under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of order dated 20-09-2017 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been allowed. The impugned judgment and order passed by District Consumer Forum has been set aside.

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be refunded to the appellant alongwith interest, if any, accrued in accordance with rules.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
