ORDER

Heard Mr. B. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also heard Mr. H. Rahman, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

This petition is filed for condonation of 36 days delay in preferring the connected appeal.

We have perused the grounds stated in the petition as well as the objection filed by the respondent. Mr. Rahman has argued that there is no justification for granting the condonation of delay as the grounds seeking for condonation are totally contrary to norms and facts on record. We have considered the submission and we find that the grounds set forth for condonation of delay are found satisfactory and as such delay of 36 days is hereby condoned.

Misc case stands disposed.

In view of this order, the matter be listed for admission on 12-2-2015
