Misc. Applicants are present through their Ld. Advocate.  MA/18/2019 is taken up for hearing.  By filing the MA, Appellants have prayed for refund of the amount deposited at the time of filing of the Appeal.  It appears from the record that the Appellants have fully complied with the order and the execution case has been disposed of with full satisfaction.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow the Misc. Application.  Appellants are at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited at the time of filing of the appeal.  The Registrar of this Commission will do the needful.  IA is thus disposed of.
