Final Order / Judgement

                                         The case is posted today for consideration of 2 memos filed by both the Dhr & Jdrs. Perused the case record.

                                         It is stated in the memo filed by the Dhr that the case between both the Parties have already been settled outside of this Commission, for which the Dhr wants to withdraw the present case. In this connection, Advocate for the Jdrs also filed the memorandum of settlement along with the xerox copy of the received Cheque. The Dhr is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to accept the memo for withdrawal of the present Misc. case.

                                         Accordingly, the present Misc. case is dropped as withdrawn.
