ORDER NO. 1 DT. 12.7.10

Revisionist is present through Mr. Swapan Kr. Mazumdar, Ld. Advocate.  Heard him and considered the contentions.  It appears that the order, which caused grievances of the Revisionist, was passed rejecting the application filed by the Revisionist, asking for dismissal of the complaint at that stage on an argument on question of law and on the facts available.  After hearing the Ld. Advocate for the Revisionist as we do not find that the contentions raised are involving jurisdictional question, the present Revision is not being entertained, though we make it clear that we have not decided any of the questions raised on merit.  Accordingly, the Revision is dismissed.
