Today is fixed for hearing of this M.A. case which has been filed by the O.ps. for amendment of the written version which has been filed by O.p. no.6. No W/O has been filed against the said amendment petition.

At the time of hearing, the applicant side is found ready but O.p. side is found absent. So, heard Ld. Advocate of the applicant side. Considered submission.

Perused the amendment petition which has been filed by O.p. no.6.

On close examination of the amendment petition, it is found that the amendment sought for is formal in nature and it would not change the nature and character of this case.

Considering this aspect, the prayer for amendment of the written version which has been filed by O.p. no.6 as per schedule of the amendment petition is allowed. Let the written version of O.p. no.6 be amended as per schedule of the amendment described in the amendment petition dated 24/02/2022.

The O.p. no.6 is directed to file the amended copy of written version in C.C. case NO.17/2021.

In the light of the observation made above the M.A. case No.49/2023 is disposed of.
