Final Order / Judgement

                Heard Mr. J.Sarma, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner in the Mise Case and also heard Mr. M. Alam appearing for the respondent.

               This is an application filed for condonation of dealy of 16 days in preferring the connected appeal in time. We have gone through the explanation given in para 3 and 4and we are satisfied that the appellant was prevented from filing the appeal in time. Accordingly, the delay of 16 days is hereby condoned.

               Misc Case stands disposed. In view of the order passed today in the Misc Case Registry shall allot a number to the pending appeal and the same shall be listed for admission on 26-9-2013.
