In view of order no.10 dated 10/05/2023 of C.C. case No.CC/19/2022 one petition on behalf of O.p. no.1 dated 11/10/2022 is registered as M,.A. case No.MA/58/2023. The application dated 11/10/2022 of the O.p. no.1 is taken up for hearing. Heard the Ld. Advocate of petitioner/O.p. no.1 and the Ld. Advocate appearing for O.p./complainant.

It is pertinent to note that there is no provision in C.P. Act there is no whisper at all in the same for setting aside the ex-parte order by any district commission.

In the above backdrop question of allowing above application of petitioner/O.p. no.1 cannot and does not arise it came. Thus, the petition stands rejected inlimini. Accordingly, the instant M.A. case is disposed of.
