Sri.G.R.Srinath, Advocate, files Vakalath on behalf of Respondent No.1.  LC for Appellant filed Memo stating that, as per the orders of this Hon’ble Commission they have deposited 20% of the fine amount on 19.09.2022 through DD No.177790 and subsequently as the matter was settled between the Appellant and Respondent prays for return of the deposited amount.  Further Learned counsels for Appellant and Respondent No.1 had filed a Joint Memo along with copy of consent letter executed by the Appellant Sri. Basavaraj, wherein Mr. Balu Nemu Chavan, the Respondent/complainant reports receipt of Rs.1,00,000/-.  Perused and Heard.  Accordingly we find satisfied to record the Joint Memo and ordered to dispose-off the Appeal as per the Joint Memo.  The Appeal filed as against Respondent Nos.2 & 3 is dismissed as settled between the Appellant and Respondent No.1.  Office is directed to intimate concerned District Commission to return the deposited amount in favour of Sri. Basavaraj, S/o. Murageepa Anneppanavar, with proper identification by his advocate.
