It appears from the cause title of the complaint petition that the police station in respect of the address of the opposite party is mentioned as Girish Park instead of Manicktala.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant admits that the address of the opposite party falls under the jurisdiction of the Manicktala P.S.

At this stage, Ld. Advocate for the complainant  ‘not pressed’ the complaint case.
