Ld. Advocate for opposite party no. 1/ petitioner submits that opposite party nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 are the partners of opposite party no. 1 and they are not necessary parties to this case, as such, the names of the opposite party no. 2, 3, 4 and 5 are required to be expunged from the cause title of the complaint case.

We do not find any merit in the submission of the Ld. Advocate for opposite party no. 1.

Therefore, the Misc. application dated 21.03.2023 filed by opposite party no. 1/petitioner stands rejected without cost.
