            Heard Mr. S. Bhuyan, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant. Also heard Mr. P. Deka, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant/respondent.

            By filing the instant application, the applicant has prayed for a direction to the Registrar of the Commission to allow the respondent to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) deposited by the appellant in terms of order dated 29-1-2015 passed by this Commission in appeal No. F.A. 44/2014. Mr. Bhuyan, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant has raised no objection in allowing the prayer so made in this Misc Application.

            In view of the above, this Misc Application is allowed with a direction to the Registrar of the Commission to allow the respondent to withdraw the aforesaid amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-, in favour of the respondent, on giving an undertaking that he will return whole amount of rupees one lakh, if so required, depending on the judgment passed by the Commission

            With the above order, this Misc Application is disposed of.
