     None appears for appellant.  Jdr sought for setting aside the order dated 12.08.2022 passed by II Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bengaluru in EA/04/2020 arising out of CC/1324/2016 and sought to stay the EA/04/2020 proceedings.  We examined the order under challenge dated 12.08.2022 as found from certified copy produced along with this appeal which reads “Both the counsel prays to report settlement.  Hence same by 26.08.2022”.  Thus this cannot be said an order to be assailed before the Commission under Section 73 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.  If at all Jdr has still grievance on the said notings has to bring to the notice of the executing Commission itself and not to challenge such order before the Commission.  Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed off.
