Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner does not want to pursue the present revision petition and wants to withdraw the same. It is also prayed that benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act may be given to the petitioner. In the view of the statement given by learned counsel for petitioner, present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner shall be entitled to benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, in accordance with law. Dasti.
