Complainant is absent on repeated calls.  OP no. 1, 2 & 3 are represented by Ld. advocate. Heard Ld. advocate of OP no. 1, 2 & 3. Perused the record. It reveals from the record that due to non appearance of the complainant on the earlier day the complainant is directed to file show cause today as to why the case shall not be dismissed for non prosecution.

But today neither the complainant nor the Ld. advocate of the complainant is found present. It is not 01.05 PM.

Accordingly we are of the view that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this matter furthermore.

Hence, it is,

O R D E R E D

That the instant consumer case being in No. 11/2022 is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.
