Complainant has appeared by taking the matter on board and has submitted that his advocate Shri Jayesh Voira has died and his death extract is on record. Complainant has also sought permission to withdraw the Consumer Complaint against the O.P. Pursis of withdrawal is duly signed by complainant. In view of the pursis on record, Consumer Complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and is hereby disposed of.
