Heard the learned counsel for the complainant.

2.      During course of fresh admission, it is revealed from the record that the complainant has paid Rs.48,14,143/- although issue involved with value of Rs.68,00,000/-. In such situation Section 47(1) (a) of C.P.Act, 2019 has come on the way for pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission.

3.      Learned counsel for the complainant is directed to get return of the complaint with documents, if any and file before the appropriate Commission and in the event of filing, same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.

4.      Office is directed to return the complaint petition and annexures to the complainant.

          Accordingly, the Consumer Complaint is disposed of.
