Memo of settlement filed. The complainant agreed to return the ahndset involved in the complaint. the 3rd opposite partyh agreed to pay Rs.5550/- being the value of the handset and also to pay Rs.500/- as cost of the proceedings to the complainant for full and final settlement of the case. Hence complaint allowed partly directing 3rd opposite aprty ot pay Rs.5550/- as the value of hand set and also to pay Rs.500/- as cost of the proceedings. Complainant has to returnthe hand set. 3rd opposite party is also directed to pay the amount within one month from  the date of this order, failing which complainant can execute the order as per the provisions of consumer protectin act.
