Both complainant and counsel remained absent. After filing the complaint neither the counsel nor the party appeared before the commission. Despite of several opportunities the complainant failed to take steps as against the OP. It shows that complainant is not at all interested to pursue the complaint. In spite of sufficient opportunity granted to complainant, the complainant failed to appear before the commission in order to take steps as against OP. The commission is of the view that as the complainant appears to be not interest in order to proceed with the case. Hence, in view of the above the complaint is hereby dismissed for the above reason.
