                   Assistant of this Commission has reported that notice issued against OPs received back unserved with the report “incomplete address”. Today, complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
