ORDER

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     E-mail dated 10.07.2021 received from Sh.Amit Punj, Counsel for OP that the OP has remitted the full ticket amount of Rs.1,33,996/- to the complainant and OP undertakes to refund the interest amount to the complainant in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India titled ‘Pravasi Legal Cell and Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors.’ Within 30 days from today. Contents of the e-mail confirmed from the counsel for OP through virtual hearing. Complainant has agreed to the same and stated that she will send an e-mail for withdrawal of the complaint during the course of the day. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is disposed of being settled. OP shall remain bound by their statement made today through e-mail.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
