                        This complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

 

             2.   This is a case filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. The opposite party filed version denying the allegations raised by the complainant against the opposite party. Since the complainant is continuously absent from 20.11.2017 and not taken any steps as directed by this Commission, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed this complaint.

 

              In the result, the complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to costs.

      A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
