            Heard the complainant:  On perusal of entire facts of this case, we realized that, the facts of this case is very complicated and it requires very lengthy procedure and evidence for adjudication.  Moreover, the matter relates to settlement of accounts which is not maintainable before this commission.  Considering all the above factors this complaint is returned to the complainant with liberty to file appropriate legal forum or civil court.  Since complaint is returned all the petitions are also returned.
