ORDER
         On perusal of the complaint, it is found that complaint is in connection with Idea Cellular (Lets Share Plan) and their bills. In view of the Law as observed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, this type of complaint is not maintainable before Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum as the Provision of Section 7B of the Indian Telegraph Act would operate as impediment in resolution of telephone dispute. In view of the above, complaint is dismissed at admission stage as not maintainable. Complainant is at liberty to approach appropriate authority for redressal of grievance if any.
