                   Today the execution application was fixed for filing objection if any on behalf of the complainant. At this stage, complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that order under execution has been complied with by the Ops. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
