Order-15.

Date-05/12/2016.

The DHr. is present. Ld. Advocate for the JDrs. is also present.  A petition annexing photocopy of one document is filed by the JDrs. stating that JDrs. have paid an amount of Rs.34,100/- to the complainant on 22/11/2016 by an A/c payee cheuqe being No.801964 dated 18/11/2016, as per order  of the Hon’ble SCRDC, with the prayer for drop of the execution case.

 

DHr. has also handed over the defective Laptop in question to the JDrs. on proper receipt.  made by the Jdrs. at the left hand margin of the order sheet. It is submitted by the DHr. that the A/c payee cheque for Rs.34,100/- has already been encashed.

 

Seen the copy of the order dated 19/07/2016 passed by the Hon’ble SCDRC in 1st Appeal No.A/739/2015. Perused the petition. Heard both the sides. Considered.  Also seen the order dated 22/11/2016 passed in this execution case.

 

It appears that JDrs. Have complied with the order of the Hon’ble SCDRC, aforesaid, in full.

 

Hence, it is

Ordered

that the execution case bearing No. EA/119/2015 be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.
