ORDER

     Today Sh.Parminder Singh, Complainant in person, has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

     “Statement of Sh.Parminder Singh s/o Sh.Alam Singh, Complainant in person.

     Stated that the matter has been compromised. The OP Company-Sony India Pvt. Ltd. has replaced my mobile     handset in question with new mobile handset of Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Model No.E6883/Gold. I am satisfied     with the same. Hence, I withdraw this complant.”

     In view of the aforesaid statement made by the complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
