Final Order / Judgement

Order No.  14    dt. 31/01/2017

Complainant was absent on 03/05/2016,23/08/2016,23/09/2016, 26/12/2016 without step.

Upon such on 26/12/2016 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 20/01/2017 for filing show cause .

On 20/01/2017 therewas no quorum. So fix 31/01/2017 for filing show cause by the complainant .

Today i.e on 31/01/2017 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
