Counsel for opposite parties suffered a statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to refund the amount of Rs.17,100/- i.e. 90% amount of price of mobile handset in question to the complainant within 45 days from today. In case, opposite party No.1 will not pay Rs.17,100/- within 45 days, thereafter opposite party No.1 will be liable to pay interest @ 12% per annum on Rs.17,100/- till realization. The complainant has accepted this offer. Therefore, the complaint stands disposed off in terms of statements of parties. Opposite party No.1 shall remain bound by its statement. File be consigned to the record room.
