Sh.Pankaj Chandgothia, Counsel for OP No.1, 2, 5 & 6. None for OP No.3 & 4. Dated the 18th day of November, 2011 ORDER Counsel for OP No.1, 2, 5 & 6 made statement that OP No.1, 2, 5 & 6 are ready to pay Rs.10,000/- as full and final settlement of the claim to the complainant, subject to return of handset in question by the complainant. Counsel for complainant admitted statement of learned counsel for OP No.1, 2, 5 & 6 to be correct and further stated that complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Such statement has been recorded separately. In view of such statement, the OP No.1, 2, 5 & 6 are directed to make the payment of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant within 15 days from today and the complainant will return the old mobile handset to counsel for OPs, failing which OP No.1, 2, 5 & 6 shall be liable to pay interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint i.e. 22.5.2009 till payment.
