ORDER

 

            The representative of OPs has brought a cheque of Rs.15011/- bearing cheque No.010123, dated 08.07.2013, in the name of Shivam Garg, which Ms.Nidhi Garg, Counsel for Complainant, has received and made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“In addition to the amount already received, I have received today cheque No.010123, dated 08.07.2013 for a sum of Rs.15011/- drawn in favour of Shivam Garg on Citibank. The order dated 05.02.2013 passed by this Forum has been fully complied with. Now nothing is outstanding against the OPs. So, I do not wish to press this criminal complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

 

            In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, this criminal complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost.  After compliance file be consigned.
