                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

12.09.2022:               The case is fixed for hearing on admission.  Perused the case record and found that the complainant is the Manager of a business firm namely Abis Export(India) Pvt. Ltd. who supplies Boiler live birds. Generally it shows that buyer becomes a “consumer”.  In the present case it is totally different.  The seller is claiming from the buyer. It is civil in nature for which the case is not maintainable.

 

                                    Hence the present complaint is dismissed with liberty to the complainant to file the case in competent court.
