Ld. Advocate for the Decree holders/petitioners is present.

Ld. Advocate for the Judgement debtor nos.1 and 2 is present.

None appears on behalf of the Judgement debtor no.3 today.

Perused and considered the Misc. Application dated 08/08/2023 filed by the Decree holders.

Heard both sides.

Ld. Advocate for the Decree holders submits that in terms of compromise between the Decree holders and Judgement debtor no.3 the order of which had been passed in MA/168/2023 the Judgement debtor no.3 has already executed and registered the deed of conveyance in respect of her 50% share of the flat in question on 28/06/2023.

Judgement debtor no.3 is making payment in terms of compromise on installment to the Decree holders. According to the Ld. Advocate of the Decree holder some amount is till due and payable by the Judgement debtor no.3 in terms of the compromise as mentioned above.

Ld. Advocate for the Decree holders prays for a direction upon the Judgement debtor nos.1 and 2 for compliance of the judgement passed in CC/125/2017.

As EA/103/2019 is being proceeded against the Judgement debtors, no further direction is required upon the Judgement debtor nos.1 and 2.

Thus, the Misc. Application stands disposed of.
