Complainant Sri Bikash Roy is present and files hajira. He submits that the O.P. Snapdeal Co. and 2 others have already meet up his grievance and as such he has no grievance and allegations against the O.Ps. for this he has filed a petition on 30/12/2016 seeking permission to withdraw the case. Perused the petition dated 30/12/2016. Considered. Prayer is allowed. Complainant is permitted to withdraw the case. Thus the case and the petition filed on 30/12/2016 are disposed of.
