Final Order / Judgement

      This is an application for stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 12-9-2017 passed by the District Forum, Kamrup, in Consumer Case No. C.C. 114/06.

      Heard Mr. I. Barooah, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant.

      Operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 12-9-2017 passed by the District Forum, Kamrup, in Consumer Case No. C.C. 114/06 shall remain stayed subject to deposit of 50 % of the awarded amount.

      The amount shall be deposited before the District Forum, Kamrup.

      Misc case is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
