Advocate Mr.Gupta is present on behalf of complainant. Advocate Mr.Pal is present for on behalf of O.P.Mrs.Jaya Israni. Learned advocate for complainant has submitted that the complainant and O.P. have arrived at amicable settlement and have also filed joint pursis on record alongwith memorandum of understanding consisting of terms of settlement and also other documents. Complainant has also filed one copy of resolution of Board of Directors and death certificate of Mohammad Umar Memon Haji Karim Hussain. Joint pursis is duly signed by director Mohammad Javed as well as O.P.Mrs.Jaya Israni  and their signatures were duly identified. As such, in view of the joint pursis filed on record as well as memorandum of understanding complaint is treated as withdrawn and the same is hereby disposed of.
