                       The opposite party No.2 State Bank of India , has submitted the xerox copies  of the documents as sought for  by the applicant/ complainant has been submitted today. Learned counsel appearing  for the applicant is present.

                        Registrar of the  Commission  is directed  to verify the xerox copies of the  documents with the orginal submitted by the opposite party No.2 SBI and after the same may be kept in  the custody of the Registry.
